The Company
Founded in June 2002, with our first commercial offices opening it's doors in March of 2004 and a major restructuring in October 2009 through March 2011 in response to the economic circumstances so that we could increase employee pay rather than decreasing it like others did. Our entire business model is based on the idea of providing a place where beautiful, personable young ladies with outgoing personalities can benefit from the financial opportunities that the adult industry offers, without becoming involved with the lifestyle, or people commonly associated with it. What does that mean? It means this company was founded and is currently operated by educated, normal, positive people who want to make sure that you feel good about yourself and that your life is bettered by this job.

 

We started this company when we were just twenty years old in response to a mutual friend venturing into webcam and getting involved with the wrong people, in the wrong circumstances which lead to her becoming a victim of unethical expectations and harassment. We realized that the reason not everyone is working on webcam to put themselves through college rather than waiting tables wasn't because they would never do something like this, but instead it was because there was no where to go where their privacy and principles would be respected and most importantly, protected. We decided to build a company on that idea and it proved to be exactly what a lot of regular girls like you, needed to get involved.

 

Today we maintain the same principles which the company was founded on, and continue to work primarily with the girl next door so that we are an organization filled with positive, self respecting beautiful girls who are smart enough to understand the true benefits of this job.

 

The Applicant
Believe it or not personality is the absolute most important thing for this job. While looks is a close second, we find that those who aren't outgoing, fun, and able to be silly from time to time don't do nearly as well as those who are. We do things a little differently here, Unlike others in the industry, we don't use sex to sell, we sell personality, and if you don't have it, then it may be very difficult to do well in this field. You don't need to be a perfect ten to work with us, but you do need to be an attractive, healthy young woman.

 

If this is your first time considering a webcam venture and you think you may be shy or scared, then you have a great chance for success as we have always primarily been interested in those who we can teach from scratch and mold from our proven methods. Keep in mind that being shy and being prudish are two very different things. We find that those who are comfortable with their bodies and open sexually make the most money, and have the most fun with the job.

 

What we really look for is those who have the time to work, and the motivation to work enough each week that we can feel proud of your accomplishments as we issue your weekly paycheck. Being reliable and keeping a schedule is imperative when it comes to making a notable amount of money and because of that We mainly work with those who are interested in working full time, however those interested in part time are also accepted so long as they maintain a proper part time schedule. When you're able to make two hundred dollars in four hours, then you should be the type of person who sees that as a reason to work more, rather than a reason to work the bear minimum.

 

We need positive people who want to have fun, and make as much money as their means allow. If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you.

 

The Expectations
Most importantly, expect to make enough money that you can enjoy your life and not have to spend time worrying about being able to pay bills, or having creditors calling you first thing in the morning. Once you've received your first paycheck or two you should begin to feel relief from the financial strains that come with being an adult and having fiscal responsibility. We have been there, and there is nothing worse than feeling like you won't make your rent, or that your phone or power will be shut off any day. The best thing about making money isn't being able to buy more than you need or vacation wherever you choose, it's not having to worry about money anymore that is the greatest gain from this job.

 

Expect to have fun! This is a really fun job, if you want it to be of course. We are a young vibrant company (at the time this is being written, August 2011) everyone within the company is under thirty years old. We keep an excellent, positive rapport with all of our people and believe that it is extremely important to maintain a certain level of equality and friendship with all employees so that open and honest communication is possible.

 

While you should expect a bump up in your personal confidence and self image (it comes with being told how perfect, pretty and sexy you are constantly) you also need to be prepared to deal with some ignorant jerks as encountering them is part of the job. While we will teach you exactly how to deal with them (and maybe teach them a lesson about respecting women while we're at it), it is up to you to make sure that their negativity doesn't effect your positivity.

 

This is a sexual job, yes. However, you will never have to do anything you don't feel comfortable with, no exceptions. Full nudity and sexuality is required, which is why you should be comfortable with your body and sexually open minded. If you're nervous or worried about the idea of that, then we highly recommend that you check out our staff interviews as most girls we hire tend to feel that same nervousness in the beginning and most applicants report that reading those interviews is what encouraged them to apply.

 

The Work
If you're wondering what the job is actually like, the following is a short summary of what you can expect when you're logged in and live.

 

When you first login you are in a free video chat room where members can see your live camera feed as well as hear you and / or see what you type. In this room, it's all about you, being flirty, fun, chatting and interacting with the users, maybe even having a dance party!

 

Once a member takes you to a pay chat room you can continue to chat and get to know the member before the the show starts or the show can begin immediately, it really depends on the member and what they prefer. The show will usually start off with you modeling your outfit or lingerie, teasing a bit and maybe doing a little strip tease. The members are usually pretty good about letting you know what they like, which comes in handy if you're new and not really sure what to do! Once you're in your birthday suit you can begin the actual show and at this point you will usually see multiple other members entering the pay chat while others leave as you will usually have multiple members present during a show.

 

Now that the show has begun, you can do what you like, or go by requests from the users, but only doing what you enjoy and are comfortable doing (most shows are faked unless of course you feel like indulging yourself!). Once there are no longer any paying members in the room, the system gives you a minute to compose yourself before taking you back to the free chat room where the cycle repeats itself.

 

The Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, because we know how important ours is to us. For anyone to see that you exist online, they must be a registered member with an active credit card on file (reducing the risk of a friend stumbling across you randomly). In addition to that, we can also restrict access to your chatroom based on geographic location. For example, you can block Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond users from ever seeing that your chatroom exists!

 

We also have confidentiality clauses between ourselves and our people, which means we cannot without their permission divulge any information to an outside party that would jeopardize their privacy or acknowledge that they have any affiliation with our company.

 

No nude photos or videos are ever taken of you (we don't roll like that!). The only time and place that nudity is permitted is within our PPM (pay per minute) chatrooms when a member is being billed. This also means that your content will not end up as advertising material for any affiliates so you don't need to worry about any incriminating photos ever ending up on your little brothers computer screen!

 

The Office
While in the past we have operated out of 3200+ square foot offices where all of the girls worked from, we made changes to adapt to the new economy in late 2009 and now maintain a small (1000 square foot) administrative office where our management team runs the company out of three offices and an open conference room.

 

Our new office is in the heart of the Vancouver business district on West Hastings Street at Seymour Street in an upscale, well maintained commercial building. Our doors are always open for our girls to come by for anything they need whether it's tech support, professional advice or even if it's just to stop in and say hello.

 

The Money
Payday happens every week, even after your first week and payments are made using direct deposit.

 

This is what you've been waiting to find out. The money differs from one girl to the next, it relies on so many factors such as attitude, personality, looks, production area and most importantly, hours. The more you work, the more you make. Those who work 30+ hours each week (5, six hour shifts) take home anywhere from $1000 to $2500 in a week. Those working 18 to 25 hours each week tend to take home $500 to $800, and those who work 12 to 17 hours each week tend to earn about $300 - $500. Hourly averages also vary on a case by case basis, but the higher earners are averaging $65 to $85 an hour, and the lower earners are averaging $15 to $25 an hour.
